| Hey, I'm still alive!
I really should be studying, but I'm not. It's just not FUN. grrrr. I wanna be outside or in bed. But not studying. Ok, so I'll just complain a bunch:

| I dun really have much to say. I thought this weekend would be a lot more fun than it has proven to be. It's just been really blah, and the "fun" stuff I've done hasn't actually been that much fun. So, leave me long/nice/pretty comments and I'll post something more worth while later. | | |

| Okiez...So, a busy weekend so far, but no school involved!!! YAY Went on the West Coast Trail practice hike. Drove to Squamish (nice little nap on the way up, and no I wasn't driving). Hiked in the RAIN...no complaining you folks who walk 20mins home or take the bus. lol. Anyways, good hike, didn't stop raining but refreshing if you look at the positive side. So fun...a good girlie time...yes, there are no boys going. Meh, whatever. So still raining, and still raining and still raining....now what is this 2.5 hrs later....set up camp in pouring rain. Can cold fingers feel bloated??? Hehe. Meh...I'm going off couscous til WCT.... It gets dark early... I guess we all knew that though. Learned so many new camping tricks....ask me if you care, dun ask if you don't. Mmmm sleeping bag, pack, tent, rain....not a great combo, but still manageable. You sure go to bed early when it's cold and dark and rainy. I think it was a friday night record. In bed at 9:30.... or something... anyways... rained all night. You people be grateful for your nice warm, soft, cozy beds. I missed mine. boo hoo. Mmmm little hike after breakfast and home by lunch. SO MUCH FUN. Shanni, missed you, could have helped w/ the cous cous. Surprisingly not that tired. Good kinda tired anyway.... plus a mental break....no school work at all. Guess I should work on that now though. First here is my list:
THE GOOD
•exercise
•friends, new and old
•refreshing rain while hiking
•dry feet!!!
THE BAD
•too much frik'n cous cous
•spider on the tent (big big)
•cold rain, in the dark
•cold wet hands
Now, I guess I'll move on to the school part of the day... and be grateful for a shower and warm bed... YOU BE GRATEFUL TOO!

| So...It's almost the end of spring break. I'm kinda sad it's over, but it has been fun! Good times with friends, doing nothing, finally getting around to stuff I've been putting off for months. I want to go back to school to see people, it's only been a week but I miss you! But how come school comes with classes and homework?! It would be so much more fun if those 2 things didn't exist. LOL. Maybe I should suggest it to someone. Errr...guess I'll have to start homework soon, won't mention any names, but what are they thinking giving us homework over the break?! It's called BREAK for a reason. Oh welliez, there is nothing we can do. Trying to think of something fun to do for these last 2 days.... if anyone wants to do something, call me k? Oye, my grannie leaves tomorrow, I can have my room back, but I like living in the basement now. My mom says I have to move back upstairs, cause she thinks I won't ever go to bed if I stay down here. Meh, at least it's warmer upstairs. OK guess I'll end it here. | | |
